Lately I’ve noticed a lot of people are becoming obsessed with eating coopers.
Coopers are delicious and versatile.
I’m not one to judge a book by its cover, but if you ask me, the first time I ever tasted them was at a coopers-only meal.
My boyfriend and I had a few on special for our family, and we were in love with them.
But the best part was that they were delicious, and I loved them so much that I would take my coop to the pub and eat a few as well.
After a couple of months, we had a full house of coopers for dinner and a couple more as a snack.
This is when my love for the edible became a bit more real.
So why do we like eating coopers?
And why do people?
I think the answer is simple.
They’re super versatile and easy to prepare.
They have a very high cooking point, and can be eaten raw or cooked in a number of ways.
