The Cornell Coopers Corner Extension will pay employees $8,000 for each of the next three years, the company said Thursday.
The extension includes a new $7,500 per year contract for employees who have previously been employed by Cornell.
Cornell said in a statement that it has “an excellent reputation in the state of Colorado and its proximity to Denver, where we provide our residents with quality, safe and affordable healthcare and services.”
It also said the extension is “a reflection of our ongoing commitment to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and advancement.”
It said employees are eligible for a three-year term and will be able to start their new jobs within 30 days of receiving the offer.
Cornel said in its statement that the company has been “focused on making Cornell a premier employer of its kind and will continue to do so.”
